Gave a deposit for concrete work and he just disappeared after one day

I reached out to Freddy Huerta about concrete work. He came by and gave me a quote for $3200. We agreed on it and he asked for a deposit so I gave him half down, $1700. Next day he shows up for a couple hours, moved some dirt around and never came back.

Found out he’s done this to a bunch of other people in NC, SC, WV, VA. He just changes his company name and phone number after he scams you. There’s a Facebook group with almost 20 people he’s done this to. This guy needs to be stopped.
