Phone call about delivering documents with no company name

My name is James Clayton. I been tested delivery and certified documents attached to your name, Social Security number. They said they will be making several attempts to gain your signature at your current residence tomorrow between 3 and 5 p.m.

They said if they can't reach me at my residence they will have no other choice but to deliver your documents to your place of employment. At that time they would need my supervisor to sign off as a witness. And if they can't reach me at either location it gets documented as a direct refusal to sign.

They told me to call Freddy's office directly at 833-349-6509 and refer to case number 212-273. Said I have been officially notified and to make myself available. This feels like a phishing scam. The address they gave is in Bozeman, MT.
