Got a fake job offer through Indeed, then a suspicious check showed up

I wanted to let you know about a fraudulent company using the name Free From Market. They had a job posting on Indeed. A person emailed me, first as Elise Bates who they said was the founder, and then as Jessica Keck, offering me a position. I was thrilled about it.

Then I got a FedEx notification about a delivery coming from a business called Branton Tools LLC in Louisiana. I questioned it, of course. The package was a check, which seemed very fishy. I went to the bank that was listed on the check and it's definitely fraudulent.

But they are using your name and your company's name. I just wanted to make you aware.
