Got tricked into a refund scam after buying Disney on Ice tickets

Back in November or December I bought tickets for Disney on Ice in Long Beach. They said I would get a $25 refund because of some promotion. I think I fell for it because it seemed like part of the same ticket purchase. It was annoying because they asked me to request the refund by email instead of just giving it to me right then. I was upset that I had to give all my information again when I just bought the tickets—why couldn't they access it all at once?

I opened a chat to talk to someone who guided me through it. It all sounded so legit. It was taking too much of my time so I quit, but I guess they got all the info they needed. They told me the $25 refund would go back to the same credit card I used.

Then I got a Bank Fraud Alert saying FreeDelivery.com was charging me $25. It's happened twice since last December. I was supposed to be getting a $25 refund, not paying $25!
