Letter about home warranty expiring from a company I don't use
The guy asked for the customer ID so I gave it to him. He came back three times with a different name each time. I asked to speak to Vicki Mercer because her name was on the letter. The person I was talking to was not a woman and called himself Victor Mercer. I could hear him giggling and talking to someone else in the background.
So I looked up the real freedom mortgage corporation and called their actual customer service number. The lady told me it was a scam. I have a picture of the letter I got.
