Monthly charge for a rewards program I never signed up for
They claimed I joined by phone and they sent me a letter about it. I asked them how they got my info and they said it was through a phone number that is "shared" with another company. I bought a trial of bladder supplements from that other company and cancelled it. This rewards thing has nothing to do with what I bought.
They will not refund the money. They will not give me a real address, just a P O Box number in Virginia Beach. Their phone numbers go to call centers. I lost $225 total.
