Storage unit rent going up way more than they said it would

I am extremely upset to see that my unit will be going from $84.00 to $120.00! That is a $36.00 increase!!! When we signed up for this storage unit, we were told yes, there would be an occasional increase, but it wouldn't be more than $5-$10 for that increase every 4-6 months. Which was and is fine. But, a $36.00 and that's not including my monthly $15.00 insurance fee?? Absolutely not.

At this point I feel duped and coerced to sign up for a unit through you guys as the agent who signed me up essentially lied and "told me what I wanted to hear" and stated it would never be an increase of more than $5-$10 at a time..and now I am getting hit with this HUGE rent increase and, in all honesty, this is unacceptable.
