Job offer from Freight Metro with no one answering about pay

On June 6, 2026 I got a call about a job offer from Freight Metro. A Heather Haines called saying she was going to send an onboarding email for me to sign. After I did that she sent over a W4 form asking for my information.

Then she sends another email saying welcome to the team and sends job tasks info through email. I got on my dashboard we set up and they told me I have a package coming in 3-5 days. I called about the pay and could not get an answer. All the numbers they gave no one answers.

They sent me documents saying they are not a scam after I called them out on it.

Job offer for inspection specialist that felt off from the start

I applied for a job on Indeed and this lady Shelby Evans emailed me back. She said it was for an "inspection specialist" position. Took forever to get ahold of them because they just would not answer the phone.

She went over the job description and asked for some stuff. I’ll put a picture of what she wanted below. The whole thing just felt strange from the beginning.

Job offer asked for my photo ID before I even started

A scammer called me from (406) 645-5651 asking if I was still interested in the position. I said yes and they gave me all the details, sounded pretty professional honestly. They sent me an email with a contract to sign so I filled out all the information.

Then they had me take a picture of my photo ID front and back and send it over. After that she said the supervisor would reach out to me on Monday because I don't work weekends. She asked how I wanted to get paid and I said direct deposit but I didn't give her any banking info. The call just ended after that.

The email came from [email protected] and the website was Freight metro.com. They had an address in Deer Lodge, MT. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange giving them my ID like that.

Email about a job I never applied for asking for my ID photo

I got an email from someone named Rebecca Green at [email protected] saying they got my application. But I never applied for anything with them. They wanted me to send a photo of my ID and a picture of me holding my ID.

It just felt off right away. I didn't send anything. The email had a website freightmetro.com and an address in Billings, MT but I don't know why they would have my info. No money lost but still weird.

Job interview turned into a weird ID request

Someone called me from (406) 470-7368 about a job interview for an inspection specialist position with a company called freight metro. I’ve been applying to a lot of jobs online so I thought it was real. They had me fill out a contract and then asked for a picture of my drivers license and a selfie holding my ID.

I actually did it. I don’t know why I went along with it. They said I would get packages sent to my house and I had to inspect them and ship them back out. Something felt off so I started looking into it online and saw it’s a scam.

Now I’m worried about what they can do with my license and my picture.

Job scam call from Montana about an inspection specialist job I never applied for

I was looking for a job and my phone rings with a number from Montana. I didn't answer and let it go to voicemail. They left a message about my application for inspection specialist. Then they sent me an email too and it went straight to my spam folder.

I didn't remember applying to any company like that so I started looking into it. Found out it was a scam. Their website is freightmetro.com and the email came from [email protected]. They're based in Great Falls, MT. The phone number was (406) 791-8032. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else gets tricked.

Job offer email asking for my ID and bank info

I got an email saying I was a candidate for a position as a package specialist. They said it paid 4200 a month plus 20 dollars for every on time package delivery, totalling 5000. It sounded pretty good at first.

Then they asked for my ID and my bank information. I thought that was strange for a job offer. They didn't give me any real company details or a contract to look over first. The email came from [email protected] and they had a website at freightmetro.com with an address in Billings, Montana.

I didn't send them anything but I'm worried they might try to use my info if I had. The phone number they used was (406) 508-5104. Just felt wrong.

Job offer that sounds way too good to be true

Got a call about a job application. They said it was $5000 a month plus $20 per package delivered on time. After your first month of working you get paid the 5k, after that paid every 2 weeks.

Seems way too good to be true. The number was (406) 380-4192 and they gave me a website freightmetro.com. Also an email [email protected] and an address at 6875 KING AVE W in Billings MT. I just don't know.
