Boots never arrived and tracking number was for a different address

I ordered 1 pair of boots from Fremstyle and paid for them. That was 89 dollars. I never got the boots. I checked with USPS and they said nothing was wrong on their end. Fremstyle gave me a tracking number but when I looked it up it was for an envelope going to a completely different address. I emailed them a bunch of times. They just keep saying it is USPS fault.
