Ordered shoes that said delivered but nothing showed up twice

I ordered shoes from what I thought was Hey Dude on June 6, 2026. It said it was delivered. July 8, 2026 I emailed them at [email protected] and told them I been home and there was no packages from them. Yet I got my Amazon packages fine.

They said they would reship. Now it says delivered Saturday the 25th and still nothing. No packages either time. I lost $48.67 on this. Their website was just browser. I don't know what else to do.
