Getting nonstop calls from Fresh Start for months and they won't stop

Fresh Start has been calling me relentlessly for months. It's multiple times a day. I've asked to speak with a manager and they just hang up. I tried blocking the number, but then they just use a different one. I've told the representative to take me off their calling list more times than I can count. They still call 2-3 times a day, always at the same exact time.

I am so over them calling me. I'm really at my wits end. This has been going on for 4 months now, ever since I bought a new car. I don't know where they're located and I'm not spending any more time trying to look it up. HELP!
