Getting constant calls about a loan approval I never asked for

I keep getting calls from different numbers about some loan approval. They say they're from Fresh Start Loans and claim to be in Orlando, Florida. The people calling don't always even speak English.

They call multiple times a day. It's really annoying. I've asked them to remove my number and they just hang up on me. They never stop calling.
