Ordered something and it went to a New York address I never gave

I bought a product from Fresheight.com and it shipped out of Hungary on May 28. It arrived in New York City but that is not my address and I never told them to send it there. I cannot get a hold of any support group. The website itself does not even exist anymore so I have no way to contact them. I lost 45 dollars on this.
