Order from Freshmodeling.com never arrived but tracking said delivered

I paid for my order on Freshmodeling.com. They gave me a tracking number but it was fake. It would update through so many steps but never lets you know exactly where its going. So you think because it shows its in your area for over a week then out of nowhere it shows delivered.

Nothing was ever delivered. I have cameras all around my house. Then they tell me to check with my neighbors. A damn joke. Shut them down guys stealing from us and then make stories up about its their own delivery people that they don't hand it off to any other postal services. Smh place is a joke says fast delivery yea ok try a month of waiting for literally nothing but excuses and the run around.
