Website selling music gear with a fake address

I found this site fretbarn.com that says they sell musical gear. The address they have listed is 4187 Cerullo Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. I checked it with the USPS address checker and it came back as bogus. So I don't think this is a real business.

Their email is [email protected] which doesn't seem right for a company. I didn't lose any money because I looked into it first but I wanted to report it. The whole thing feels strange.
