Voicemails saying my card declined but I have no account with them

I keep getting these voicemails. They say "Your card on file declined, please contact Frontline Asset Solutions immediately at the number on your caller ID." The number they leave is (715) 227-9626.

I have never had an account with them. I don't have any late payments or anything like that. I don't know why they keep calling me. It's just strange getting these messages out of nowhere.
