Ordered a toilet brush that never showed up

I ordered a hands free toilet brush and it has never arrived. Every time I contact them they tell me it is “in the Canada”. I have no idea what that even means.

They refuse to refund my money. I lost $43.64. The email I have for them is [email protected] but they just keep giving me the same runaround.
