Never got the Christmas tree I paid for from Frosty Workshop

I saw an ad for Frosty Workshop and paid $50 for a lighter Christmas tree. The money came out of my account right away. That was weeks ago and I never got anything.

I tried emailing the address they gave, [email protected], several times. No one ever wrote back. I also tried calling the number listed, 314-304-7559, but that didn't work either.

It was supposed to be for the holidays. Now it's just $50 gone and nothing to show for it.
