Ordered clothes from Frugaze and got cheap Halloween costume quality

I ordered clothing from frugaze.com and when it came the quality was just awful. The fit was totally wrong too. I mean it felt like one of those cheap Halloween costumes you get at the dollar store.

I tried to return it a few times for a refund. At first they did respond and gave me some options. But when I said I wanted my refund—even just a partial one—they just stopped replying.

I haven't heard anything back from them since. Their address is 15442 Ventura Blvd., ste 201-2170, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 and email is [email protected]. I lost 40 bucks on this.
