Text claiming to be FTC Andrew Ferguson demanding $10,000 for child pornography

I got a text from someone saying they were FTC Andrew Ferguson. They said I owed $10,000 for child pornography and sex tapes. They told me if I didn't pay a fine in gift cards and bitcoin I would go to prison.

They even sent me a business card with FTC Andrew Ferguson on it along with the transaction info. This is serious. Using a real FTC Commissioner's business card for a scam like this is fraud. I lost $10,000 over this.
