Ordered earrings and got a tracking number for someone else's address

I ordered moissanite earrings from this website and never got them. They kept giving me different tracking numbers, one said it was in Japan, another in Denmark, then the US. The site said they ship from a local warehouse so I thought it would be fine.

The last tracking number they gave me said delivered but it wasn't to me. I went to the post office with the number and they said a package was delivered but not to my address. It went to some other person in my zip code. I told the company this and they said I need proof but the post office can't give me the receiver's name. So now I'm stuck.

Last thing they told me was "they did the best they could to satisfy me" and just left it at that. I lost $33.74.
