Constant calls about a $52,000 loan I never applied for

I keep getting constant phone calls, multiple times an hour. They're from different numbers every time, but they all leave the exact same voice message.

The message says it's Elena Alvarez from the funding review team. She says they reviewed my file and might be able to move forward with a personal loan for $52,000. The message gives a direct number to call back: 866-959-1526. It says the approval will expire.

I never applied for any loan. I don't know who these people are or how they got my number. The calls just don't stop.
