Got a weird call about a loan I never asked for

I got this call from someone named Isabel Herrera. She said she was calling about the status of my loan request. She said she's a loan specialist with the funding union and that my file is almost approved for $47,000.

She said it was just subject to income verification and she needed to go over a couple details to finalize everything. She told me to call her back at 855-994-1953. She also mentioned needing account details if I was planning to use a balance transfer option.

I never requested any loan. The whole thing felt off. I don't know who this is or how they got my information.

Getting constant loan approval messages I never asked for

I keep getting this phone message. It's a woman saying she's Isabel Herrera, a loan specialist with the funding union. She says she's calling about the status of my loan request, that my file is almost approved for some huge amount, just subject to income verification.

I never requested any loan. She says she needs to go over details and to call her back at 855-994-1953. She also mentions balance transfer options and needing account details. It feels off. I don't know this "funding union" and I definitely didn't apply for a loan. The messages just keep coming.

Getting constant loan approval calls I never asked for

I keep getting this message, or something just like it, at least three times a day.

It says, "Hello, this call is regarding the status of your loan request. My name is Isabel Tyson. I am the loan specialist with the funding union. Working on your approval. I have a few questions and before we can finalize your approval, I need to speak with you. If you have a minute, please call me at 877-578-4104."

Then it goes on about underwriting notes and pending income verification and balance transfers. I never requested any loan. They just leave this message over and over. It's always from that same number, 877-578-4104. I don't know who they are or why they keep calling.

Getting endless fake loan calls and messages

I keep getting all these fake calls about a loan request I never made. The person calling and the loan amount keeps changing, but I've gotten over 20 calls and messages so far. It's non-stop.

This is the most recent message I got: “Hello, this is Isabel Herrera calling regarding the status of your loan request. For your reference. I am Isabel Herrera, the loan specialist with the funding union, currently working on your approval, your file is showing almost approved for $47,000. This subject to income verification. I just need to go over a couple quick details with you before we can finalize everything. When you have a moment, please give me a call at 855-994-1953. If you're planning to use the balance transfer option, will also need the account details for any balances you'd like to pay off. Once we connect we should be able to move forward with the next step.”

They also used a phone number 1(270) 867-2941 and an address in Lebanon, KY. I didn't lose any money but the calls and texts won't stop.

Getting constant calls about a loan approval I never applied for

I've been getting multiple calls every single day for the past couple of months. They keep spoofing phone numbers from all different US states. The message they leave is distorted and says a specialist with the funding union is working on my approval file for $47,000, that it's almost approved subject to income verification. The message tells me to call back at 855-994-41953 to go over details and finalize everything, and to have account details ready for balance transfers.

I never applied for any loan. It's just a recorded message. They call constantly from different fake numbers and it's really disruptive.

Got a weird call about a loan I never asked for

I got this call from someone named Isabel Herrera. She said she was with the funding union and was calling about the status of my loan request. She said my file was almost approved for $47,000 and she just needed to verify my income.

She left a message telling me to call her back at 855-994-1953 to go over details. She mentioned something about a balance transfer option and needing account details to pay off balances. The whole thing felt off. I never applied for a loan from any "funding union." I don't know who these people are or how they got my information. The address she gave was just Wilmington, DE. I didn't call back and I didn't lose any money, but it was a strange and unwanted message.

Getting constant robocalls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls every single day, multiple times a day, from these people. They leave these AI-generated voicemails saying they're with the "funding union" and that my file is almost approved for $47,000, subject to income verification. The message tells me to call back at 855-994-1953 to go over details.

I have blocked every number they use, but they just find a new one to call from. When I do answer to tell them to stop calling, it's just a robot on the line. I am on the Do Not Call list and it doesn't seem to matter. They won't stop.

Got a text about a loan approval I never applied for

I got a text message from someone named Isabel Herrera. She said she's a loan specialist with the funding union and that my file is almost approved for $47,000. She said it's subject to income verification and she needs to go over details to finalize it.

She told me to call her at 855-994-1953. The text also mentioned if I was planning to use a balance transfer, she'd need the account details for any balances I wanted to pay off. Once we connect, she said we could move to the next step.

I never applied for any loan. This felt off immediately. The message came from a different number, (253) 331-4877, and just said the address was WA, USA. I didn't call back and I didn't lose any money, but it's clearly a scam.
