They offered a business loan but kept asking for more insurance money

I got an email from Fundspark Financial after I applied for a business loan. They offered me a certain amount. They told me I had three options, so I picked the third one to pay the insurance, and they said I'd get my money in 45 to 60 minutes.

Then they asked for more insurance money. I said no and told them I wanted my money back and to cancel my loan request because they were asking for too much. They just responded that I'd get it back in 10 to 30 business days. Now they won't answer calls or emails at all. I lost $2,250.25.
