Paid for an order months ago and nothing ever showed up
I tried to contact their customer service a few times but nobody ever got back to me. Still no package and no reply.
Ordered a couch cover in June and still waiting
I emailed them a few times about it and they kept assuring me it was coming. It's been months now and I still haven't gotten anything. I feel like the whole website and customer service thing was just a fake front to take my money.

No package, no refund, no follow up. Their address on the site says 522 W. Riverside Ave Ste N in Spokane but I don't know if that's even real at this point. Just out the money and no couch cover.
Ordered dog beds from Facebook ad, never got them
All I have is email communication with them. They sent me a tracking number but the whole thing is in Chinese, I can't read any of it. No phone number or address anywhere, just the support email [email protected]. Order number is FF728835S.

Ordered a sofa cover from Instagram ad, never got it
They took the payment right away from PayPal and then claimed it was a recurring monthly charge. The product is a sofa cover and is absolutely not a recurring thing. I changed the status on PayPal to non-recurring but I still never got the product. I tried calling the phone number they listed online but it's not even a working number. I emailed them on 6/25 canceling the order and asking for my money back. They never responded.

Order never showed after three months and tracking number is broken
The tracking number they gave me is broken. It does not work. I lost $77.40 on this. They just repeat the same line over and over. No real update.
