Bought something on Facebook and they stole $544 from my bank

I bought a small item through Facebook. It’s been a month and nothing showed up. So I contacted their help support team and they told me I needed to use some dollar conversion software to change my USD to Kenya money and then after that they would put the money into my bank. That never happened. Instead Furgenix just took $544.00 right out of my bank account.

There’s a Facebook group called “Furgenix Complaints and Customer Service” with almost 500 people in it. Everyone is posting about the same stuff, getting scammed by this company.
