Ordered something from a website that was not what they showed

I ordered from furgenix.shop and the item was totally not what they showed in the ad. False advertising basically. So I called them to return it.

Customer service kept saying they would send me a return label to my email. They said they would call me too. They never did any of it. I asked multiple times and they just kept saying they would do it but nothing ever came. Lost $163.00 on this.

Ordered from furgenix.shop and never got my package

I ordered from furgenix.shop and they said fast delivery but I never got anything. I called them at 930-222-0722 a bunch of times and only got one answer. When I asked for a refund they would not give me any confirmation that it was sent.

It has been over a month now. I tried calling again but it just goes to voicemail every time. I also emailed [email protected] but no reply. I lost $61.74 and nothing.

Ordered one thing but got charged for two from that website

I ordered 1 product from furgenix.shop and they charged me for 2. I tried to cancel or reverse the order right after I saw it but there was no way to do it.

So I got the 2 items in the mail finally and the packaging was all messed up and damaged. One of the items was missing pieces too. I lost $63.50 on this.
