Ordered a blazer online and got a cheap counterfeit instead

I ordered a blazer from the Futario website. What showed up looks nothing like the picture. It's a blatant counterfeit, very cheaply made and not at all what I paid for.

Their site says refunds and returns are allowed within 14 days. I've sent several emails about returning it and have gotten no reply at all. There's also no way to even start a return on their website. I've tried. I paid $110 for this.
