Ordered a dress from Futario and never got it

I ordered a Jean dress from Futario.com on April 18th. By the second week of May I realized I never got any notification that my order had shipped. So I tried calling the phone number on their website and the number was out of service. That's when I figured out I got scammed.

I emailed them to the email they provided and asked for a refund. I got a response at 3am in the morning from what sounds like a 12 year old. They just told me to wait patiently for my order or to order something else. Big red flag. This person is just uploading stuff to the website and stealing people's money.

Sad to say I'll probably never get my money back or the dress. I lost $162. This person or company needs to be held responsible.
