Charged early for a sketch site before the trial was even over

I saw this site that says they can sketch your future partner. They claim it's only $1.00. But in the fine print it says it's $29.99 a month after 7 days. They charged me early, before that time limit was even up, just to take my money.

I tried contacting their customer service. They just give you the run around. They ask for the same things over and over—welcome emails, part of my card number, how I registered, any other emails. Then they turn around and say they can't find my account.

It's a total scam.
