Bought something online and they said return it for a refund

I ordered from FWSQUASH.COM and it was a total waste. They said if I return the product I would get a refund. So I sent the package back.

Now I am out $134.99 and no refund. Nothing. No reply or anything. The address they gave was in KY, USA but I don't even know if that's real. I just want my money back.

Ordered one supplement and got seven bottles I never asked for

I saw an ad on Facebook for Bladder Support, it was $39 so I ordered it. Then one day a package shows up and I open it and there's like 7 bottles of supplements inside, nothing I ever ordered. The one thing I did order wasn't even in there.

I checked my bank account and saw a charge for $269.98. Called my bank and they couldn't tell me how to get ahold of the company. They took my info and are helping me fight the charge now. These people should be locked up. I hope justice wins.
