Ordered a lawn mower online and never got it

I bought a lawn mower online from gadisha.com using my credit card. I never received the lawn mower. I tried to contact the company multiple times. I only reached someone a couple of times after so many attempts. They told me I should get a tracking number that day or the next. Then once they just hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back. I tried messaging on the site and then the messaging option just disappeared. I'm filling a dispute with my credit card now. I'm just hoping to get my $356 back.
