Strange email asking me to get a freight quote from a different company
I looked them up online and saw there were already 3 reports about this. They kept emailing me asking for a quote and to update the invoice with freight charges. They wanted me to copy them on the email too.
Something felt off about the whole thing. The email said to reach out to [email protected] and gave a phone number 6197962521. I didn't send anything.
Email about shipping a product with a fake check plan
He gave me his address at 1610 Kanunu St and a phone number. He wanted me to add shipping costs to the invoice so he could pay. But it felt strange. I looked it up and this is a fake check scam. They send you a fake payment and then you lose the product and the money. No money lost on my end but I had to report it.
