Got a text about a remote job that seems like a scam

I got a text message out of the blue offering me a remote job. The text came from a phone number, (984) 355-1551. They told me to go to their website, galrodgroups.com, to learn more. The site lists an address in McAllen, Texas, and an email for someone named Pedro Galindo.

The whole thing feels off. I never applied for anything with them. It just seems like they're trying to get people's information or something. There's no real job here, just a random text trying to get me to click on their site. I didn't lose any money, but it's clearly some kind of employment scam.
