Billed way more than the estimate for garage door work

They gave me an estimate for $1700 max and then I got billed $3200. The normal cost for this is $800 max. They ended up at $300.00 but then changed the amount and sent me a text saying $3200. I don't know their website. Their phone number is (890) 292-6836 and they are in Ridgeland, SC. I lost $220.
