Garage door still broken after paying for repair

I had a problem with my garage door not closing right. I paid them and got a receipt and even an email saying what work was done. But the same problem is still there.

I called them two times to send someone back out to fix it. Never got a call back or anything. Phone number is (732) 490-7860 and their address is 523 Harrison Ave in Collingswood, NJ.

Just wanted it fixed like they said.
