Paid over five grand for an excavator that never showed up

I ordered a 2.7 ton mini excavator from them, the TYPHON TERROR XXV Diesel one with the Kubota engine. I paid $5,549.99 through PayPal. They said the shipping company would call me about two days before delivery.

Nobody ever called. The excavator never showed up. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they told me it didn't qualify for a billing dispute. So I'm out all that money. The website is garageusa.us and their address is 14476 Duval Pl W in Jacksonville, FL. Their phone number is (904) 206-7593 and email is [email protected]. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
