Worked for a painting company and never got paid for any of the jobs

I started working for this guy at the beginning of July. He told me he paid every two weeks but that was not the case at all. He said he pays after every job site or is supposed to but I have yet to be paid from the very first job I did with this company.

The last job site I worked on he owes me for that too. Almost $2,000 dollars he owes me total. I gave him my time and did the work and nothing. I have his phone number (509) 251-5809 and his website www.garciaspaintingsvc.com and his address 402 W Hoerner Ave in Spokane. His email is [email protected]. Just want what I earned.
