Ordered a mattress topper from a FaceBook ad and never got it.

I saw an ad for a mattress topper on FaceBook and I bought it. I got an order number and a tracking number after I paid. But when I tried to track it, the site wouldn't work. It said I had to download an app to track it, so I did that, and it still didn't show any tracking information at all.

I emailed the company twice at [email protected] and they never replied back to me. Their address they gave is in Porter Ranch, California, but the phone number with the order isn't a normal U.S. number. It's 6(424) 122-4361.

I never received the mattress topper. I'm out $135.
