Site promised PayPal payment but never sent the email

My husband was trying to sell our Walmart gift card to our PayPal account. We went through the whole thing on their site, completed everything they asked for, and got a reference number. They told us we would get an email from them to accept the payment.

We never got any email. We started looking into the company more after waiting and now we see it is a scamming company. All the emails listed on their site are not working. We lost $117.66.
