Ordered a blouse and got a fake tracking number that says delivered

I ordered a womens blouse on 4/3/2026. They gave me a tracking number but it was bogus, nothing ever moved. I emailed their support like 18 times asking where my package was.

They kept saying it was delivered. I showed them proof it wasn't and then they blamed the local USPS. Told me I have to take it up with them. So basically I'm out 31 dollars and they won't do anything.
