Ordered a leg cushion pillow and never got it

I ordered a leg cushion pillow on 4/30/26 from their website. They sent me an email saying thank you for my purchase and gave me a hearty welcome to the gear family. I got order number 267388.

Never got the product. Nothing showed up. They took $27.00 from me. I tried emailing but no reply. Just a total waste of money.
