Phone call that looked like Geek Squad but was a scam

Somehow when we tried to call Geek Squad this other company appeared on our phone. I paid them 1599.00 back in February and they told me that would cover everything for five years. Then I started getting more calls saying they found something else wrong and wanted more money.

Yesterday they tried to take 1000.00 from my daughter in law. She put it on her credit card. We finally decided to call the real Geek Squad to see what was going on. They told us they were not apart of that company and it was a scam being done. She called her credit card right away and stopped the payment.
