Email saying my Geek Squad renewal went through for something I never bought

Got an email that looked like it was from Geek Squad saying my renewal for some electronic purchase went through. I never bought anything from them or signed up for any renewal. The email had a phone number (804) 392-2677 and came from [email protected]. That didn’t seem right.

I checked and it was some kind of phishing thing. They wanted me to call or click something. I lost $135.99 because of it. I don’t even know how they got my info.

The website just said yahoo which made no sense. Whole thing felt off from the start.
