Watched Dr. Oz ad for Gelatide and got charged twice

I saw Dr. Oz advertising Gelatide on TV. It was a special offer for this weight loss product so I ordered it. When I got my bank statement I saw an extra charge for another order I never made.

The product itself is useless and I feel so dumb for falling for this. The second order they charged me for never even showed up. I lost $720. I called the number on the website (507) 448-8910 but nobody answers. The address they had was just DE, USA which doesn't seem right.
