Facebook ad for Gelatide with fake money back guarantee

I saw an ad on Facebook for something called Gelatide. It said money back guarantee right there in the ad. So I bought it.

That was a lie. The product is not what they advertised and it's not even the real thing. I tried to contact them but there's no way to get through. No phone number works and the email [email protected] didn't reply. I lost $300.00 and can't get it back.
