Ordered gelatine sculpt with 60 day refund and no refund after return

I ordered 3 bottles of gelatine sculpt on 4/30/26 with a 60 day refund policy. I called customer service to ask about returning it and they gave me an email address to send the product back to Florida. So I sent it on 6/5/26 and they got the package on 6/8/26.

It’s been 10 days now and I haven’t gotten any refund or any response from them by email or phone. My customer order # is 9TNZ5532. My credit card wants to charge me to dispute the charge since I ordered the product. This company is a scam. I’m on a fixed income and they just don’t honor the 60 day refund. Plus it cost me $10.60 to mail it back so I’m out over $231.00. Please help thank you.
