Ordered tile from Genix Flooring and never got it

I bought tile from Genix Flooring and they charged my card 2624 dollars. That was it, I never got any tile. Now all their phones are disconnected, I tried calling the number on the website 1(217) 208-5450 and it just rings dead. I sent emails to [email protected] and texts too, no response at all.

Their address says 5900 Balcones Dr STE 100 in Austin TX but I don't know if that's even real. The website is www.genixflooring.com and it still looks like a normal site but nobody answers. I feel stupid for spending that much money. Just a big scam.
