Ordered one AC unit got two and neither one works right

I ordered one of those A/C units and they sent me two. I called right after my process went through and was lucky enough to get through in less than 10 minutes. I told the girl I ordered one and got two and she said she would take care of it. That never happened.

After 6 weeks of waiting for them to come in I plugged them both in and the temp probably dropped 4 degrees if that. I got hold of their Customer Service again and they reached out 2 days later and said they would give me 60% off the order. I said thank you for the offer but I have no use for them and they don't even work properly. Never got a response or an answer from their Customer Service dept or anything. It's like they have caller ID or something and you just sit on hold for about 20 minutes and the phone gets disconnected.

I learned I will buy nothing again unless its from Amazon. To make things worse now I'm out of work. This life is very sad nowadays and the direction everything is going.
