Ordered a portable AC from a space shuttle scientist story and got nothing but excuses
Paid right away with my bank card. Order number was #929398B30D. The total was $157.97 for the AC plus warranty and shipping. They took the money immediately.
Since then I have gotten nothing but stall tactics. A few emails saying the item was being shipped but the delivery carrier has no tracking info and they cant give me any way to confirm if it even left. Just empty promises. Its been weeks now and I have no AC and no proof it was ever sent.
Paid for an Epicooler that never shipped and they ignore refund requests
Then I asked to be taken off their email list because I kept getting spam from them. They never did that either. Still getting emails. I followed up again about the refund and cancellation and they just ignore me. No reply at all. So I'm out the money and no product.
Deceptive checkout charged me before I could even review my order
I called them within 30 minutes to cancel and they just ignored me. Two hours later I got an automated email saying it shipped. So they trapped me into the purchase. I went straight to PayPal and flagged the charges as unauthorized. PayPal opened a case and thankfully they investigated and reversed the money. Their phone number is (656) 221-1407 and their email is [email protected]. Address they gave is in FL, USA. Lost $580.
